Customer Support Chat Super Agent

I'd like a super agent to the first contact for customer support. We have a public doc for a knowledge base, and I'd like a super agent chatbot who is an expert in support to be available for questions.
That way, a user can choose to either search for articles, or ask the bot. In our experience, super agents are really doing an amazing job, and we're very impressed. I think our customers will be very happy with fast answers, and if they need to go deeper, they can open a ticket with us. A perfect example of this is ClickUp Brain - I now use this all the time to ask questions about capabilities...it has saved me from opening tickets, searching for articles, and has become my default place to look for answers.
I want this in my business, too.
To my knowledge, this is not possible because Super Agents (and Chat Channels) cannot be made public. Perhaps, assigning a super agent to a publicly shared asset such as a doc will enable a chat-bot, with defined permissions and view settings. I would rather not find an external solution for this, when it seems like all the tools are right there in ClickUp :)
