Uploading attachments to attachments custom field via api

Hi, would be extremely helpful if we have an API available to upload attachments to the attachments custom field.
I use a lot of relationships in my task to track performance of my creatives and landing pages. The attachment custom field helps me to have an overview of all my creatives directly from my list. However there is no API available for me to automate the adding of creatives into the attachment custom field and because of that I have to spend a lot of time everywhere to download my creatives and add them 1 by 1.
I have just recently added around 230 new creatives which I had to download and upload them 1 by 1 and it honestly took me a lot of time and effort.
Some of the other use cases for the attachment custom field would be to track resumes, invoices etc.

We also would love this feature, so that we can show the image inside a column, as we use clickup to track videos and it be great to upload the thumbnail to that field.

Need this, or at the very least the ability to use automations to trigger when a file is attached and add it to the custom field.

+1... It would probably just be necessary to add the params: "hidden" and "parent" to /task/{task_id}/attachment to be able to set the custom field avoiding the message:

+1 This feature should be available since day one. We can attach a file but not ref it to a custom field. This is weird. Pls up this :D
