Being able to send alarms, for example of tasks to be due, either to an individual person or to a slack group.
This would facilitate the reminders so that the information is updated on time or even to improve internal processes

Agree would be a great feature. In the meantime our work around is to have an automation make a comment on the ticket since our current slack integration sends comments to a slack group. It isn't the greatest because you have to set up the automation and the trigger (but it can be reoccuring) and once set you can forget about it but it works as a bandaid.
