Tadej here, PM for integrations at ClickUp. Thanks so much for all your feedback so far! It’s clear that a native Pipedrive integration is important to many of you!
We’re currently exploring how this integration should work, and I’d love to learn more from you:
- What’s the #1 problem you’d want this integration to solve?
- What kind of workflows are you manually handling between Pipedrive and ClickUp today?
- Are there specific triggers or actions you’d expect (e.g. deal won → create project in ClickUp)?
Your answers will help us shape the right solution.

1) I don't want to create or at least use tasks in Pipedrive, but in Clickup- the double work leads to ignoring both --> this is my #1 Problem (and the reason in the
2) I would like tasks and/lists created automatically when I e.g create a deal or move it through the pipeline (also in the different steps), ideally able to assign these tasks automatically to also others besides me. e.g. a deal gets to "contracting" Phase, I need my law people to get their tasks set up, but they don't need to access it on pipedrive.
3) I want a link between the list and the deal - in the task as well as in the deal
(i might have some other things - but these are the most pressing).

Curious if there have been any more developments with the PipeDrive integration.
Are you still seeking input?
1) Being able to assign tasks and have them link to deals.
2) Being able to import task lists that trigger at specific stages based on specific types of deals (or custom fields) within pipedrive - and be assignable.

We really need this!... Or Clickup could just become more like a CRM and we wont need Pipedrive anymore. Either way something has to give!
