ClickUp can already state they have an Outlook integration so not going to bother with anything we suggest here. Like everything ClickUp they build and add a new feature they can state is a WOW new shiny, but will leave it at about 50% quality level.
If they were too lazy to include the header information in the single HTML import of email message (a few lines of code), then have zero confidence any resources toward real enhancement of this feature.

I would like the Outlook add-in to not included all of the .png files from the email that are usually email signatures and images from links to company social media profiles. I would prefer to only have the email attached to the created task from the add-in.

Would be good to have a link directly to the task once it is created from Outlook.

Please can you simply create a 'clickup taskbar' that can be viewed in exactly the same way as the 'Outlook tasks' , i.e. in a preview pane on the right hand side next to all my emails...would be so good.

Anthea Giles: This is such a good idea, would make the clickup tasks 'perfect'. Would mean everything in one place.

When composing an email in Outlook for Windows, have the clickup button available so you can create a task from an email you send. Or, if you flag an email, make it appear in Clickup with the flags due date (like it works now in Microsoft To Do).

Would need to set the status within the outlook plugin. Otherwise have to create the task from within outlook, jump to clickup each time and set the status. Quite effort intensive...

Due to Add-in preferring Internet Explorer (IE) over MS Edge (and requirement of IE for my company), I have a difficult time logging in (I have to use API Token), and I cannot follow links (all attempts open in IE which doesn't work with ClickUp). I would love to see these things fixed so I can use the Outlook Add-in.

Would like to see the ability to fill in more task fields from Outlook - especially priority level.
