I think it is extremely hard to make good use of the feature without this capability :(

Voting for this - we also need the' progress - auto' field to be configured to rollup based on story points completed.

This has been planned since 2020 and has over 500 requests, but no one is working on it? I see features with < 100 requests that are in progress.

This should be a feature for sure. I came here to request this myself. If a subtask is partly completed, this should be reflected in the completion of the main task, too. After all, work was put into the completion of the task.
