its been years since this is requested, high time you guys implement this

Would make a huge difference to have this functionality available to me :)

This would be so valuable and would save me from needing to switch between the subtask and parent task to find the details I need, which currently eats up quite a bit of time.

This is one of the top features requested from my team. We'd be able to plan our week much easier.

Coming back again to say how useful this would be and how much time it would save everyone - can we please at least add an automation that would allow for it?

This would be extremely helpful. In particular, at the moment the thing that I am wishing for is the ability to create an automation of the form "When a subtask is created on [board], set [particular custom field] to [whatever the value of that custom field is in the parent task]".

Such a useful feature that shouldn't require a 3rd party to sort

Hey, this is a really useful feature. Please add it ASAP. I have to add the same fields over and over to hundreds of tasks each week. I don't want to rely on third-party apps to do that. Could you please consider this and add it in a new update?
