We need a best integration with Intercom. We should be able to automatically create a task with more information in the chabot, not on that crap simple option.

I mean, after a intercom ticket created, all information of the ticket should be able to be insert on a task creation. And when task is changed to another status, the intercom's ticket is changed too.
