Gmail capture date of email
Guillermo
In the captured Gmail from the chrome extension is no view for the sender and the date of the email.
I must follow the link to Gmail to see that information.

Hey, there!
Thank you so much for reaching out regarding this! ✨
Currently, this is the functionality that is intended for attaching emails to tasks when using our Chrome extension.
As such, I'm going to ahead and move this across to
Feature Requests
. This way, we can start to consider implementing this functionality in the future! I also think it would make a lot of sense to see when the email was sent and who sent the email directly on the attachment from inside the ClickUp task, so I'm going to upvote this Feature Request myself!
Thank you again, and if you need anything else please don't hesitate to reach back out! 🌻

Samuel Nunn: My work around has been to send the email normally, then open the sent copy and forward it (to a comment in a task). That includes enough header information for proper tracking. At least when forwarding from gmail. I suspect that my solution is dependent on the mail client used. Having clickup capture and include email header details would be much preferred. Even better, allow configuration of how much header detail is shown.
