Hi, everyone!
I'm reaching out to let you know we're closing this request. You can now use Everything view to see all the Lists across your entire Workspace!
This view gives you the ability to apply filters to everything!
You can check out this super helpful doc to learn all about Everything view:

Nicholas Estes: But I couldn't filter the Lists so my view under the Everything shows only my tasks within a specific list!

Filterable Labels for Folders/Lists
Harrison Miracle
My team would love the ability to add labels or "group" folders / lists from different spaces to have a high level view of projects for specific teams.
For example, we have our spaces setup as Client, since we have multiple projects per client. We have three "teams" Creative, Web, Media. We would like to be able to see all of the "Web Projects" in one view.
We are currently achieving this by creating a single task and giving it a custom field of "Type" for web, creative, media and using that to pull a list.
What our higher ups are complaining about is the ability to easily see a full list of web/creative projects currently being worked on.

Creating some sort of filter or view that combines multiple folders/projects

Situation, we have many clients that we have multiple "projects" with, so, multiple folders (in 2.0). I can't find any way with filters to create a saved search/filters "view" (probably list view) of open tasks across multiple select projects/folders. Is there any way of achieving something like this? Was super easy to do in Asana.

do you think this "location" filter meets your need?

Yes. I'm in for this one too. We use Spaces for teams, Folders for clients and Lists for engagements (either monthly services or one-time projects). I'd like to summarize all the lists for one-time projects in one view.

Yes. I would like to be able to filter "Everything" or a folder by something like 'ListName NOT CONTAINS "backlog"'. That way I can look at my board via "Everything" or by a folder and see everything I have going on or currently planned for each project in one place.
