Custom fields with API

Hi, everyone! I just wanted to add a helpful note to this Canny thread that the ClickUp API can get/set/remove Custom Field values. The status of this thread is 'open' because the primary request is to add API functionality so Custom Fields can be created in those locations. Right now a Custom Field has to be created in a location in-app, then its values can be edited via API.

Any Update? This function is still not in there today!

Important question: How can I GET the tasks with specific values in the custom field? I'm getting errors with this:
custom_fields= [{ "field_id": "b665-229b8f3a81d9", "operator": "ANY", "value": ["0","2","6","8","13"]}]
Any ideas please?

Matthew Wester hoping for an update soon on this. A huge piece for my team if this gets worked into the API.

We need this so badly for the integration with another system. We need to add options the an existing customfield select box. It's very silly that this is not possible right now.

It's shocking that this feature doesn't exist yet.

Any update Matthew Wester?

The custom dropdown field MUST accept options from an API. I was actually very surprised to see it missing here. Its a rather easy job.

I would love to be able to do this too, I am looking for a way to have a dropdown that has values synced from another of our systems that we have written an integration with.

Can I set more than 1 value per POST request? I need to edit the value, but I didn't found any way to change multiple fields values in just one request, this problem give my workflow an delay for each field I try to edit.
