Contrast & Readability

Deeper difference between contrasts. Brighter colors/whites on dark screen and darker colors and blacks on white screen.

Just took me minutes to find "transfer ownership", despite having email support and the help page.
Mostly because the "transfer ownership of Workspace" text is low contrast, overshadowed by the bright red and generally blends in easily.

I'm going to add to this -- in 3.0 there is a limited number of colors for List and Folder Colors. We should have the option to pick from unlimited Hex colors as we do in Statuses. We should have the option to puck from Unlimited Hex colors ANY TIME we are able to edit/choose colors.
1) It creates additional Color Coding, which is extremely important for creating systems and better organization (and something our team relied on). Things shouldn't be limited to the same shades of green or pink.
2) Using a limited number of colors creates confusion when viewing Gantt charts
3) Allowing color customization creates a better experience for visually impaired people (or anyone) who would like brighter, more vivid colors when using DARK Mode and/or to create more contrast.
4) Can better set priorities (For example, pure black can be used for folders that are dedicated to information, while GRAY can be used to identify folders related to more administrative or repetitive tasks.
**** We're really disappointed with this shift to limited colors. One of the biggest reasons we chose ClickUp was the ability to customize it to our specific needs -- especially color.

Could it be that you have reduced the contrast in the views even further in recent months? What is the point of putting a white table block in the list view or the white cards in the board view on a background with #FAFBFC?????? This is how you drive users into high-contrast mode, which should not really be the norm (and which has not become any nicer with the outlines). And if there are actually users who find this MODERN, then please let the users set the background colour themselves in the settings - and the dispute will end.

I love the design of ClickUp so far, but some of our team has difficulty reading the "grayed out" text and buttons. I'd love to see an option to address this accessibility issue.

My opinion is the opposite. The ClickUp UI looks very outdated when the contrast is high. Please keep this optional. By the way, I just discovered this option to disable high contrast and change the layout style, which didn't look clean in the default way. I turned it off and changed the style to "compact, clean, separated space" and boom! I automatically fell in love with ClickUp! :)
Please, guys, keep this style and don't overdo it with contrast and lots of colors, like Monday... This ruins their app because users tend to become fatigued if they use it every day.
I've always thought Asana had the best UI design, but with this new theme active, ClickUp beats them and looks much cleaner and more modern.

Please fix this! My eyes are already really bad. It takes too much effort to read the lists. The thin gray text on the black background is just simply awful, and really causes a lot of eyestrain for me.
Andreas Otto
But - with all sympathy for the hardcore readability and space-saving advocates: please let ClickUp keep its sleek, airy appearance and by all means don't get as clumsy as Monday!!!!

Even in a list, the contrast between tasks is BARELY recognizable. There's little visual distinguishment (at least on many screens) between each task and the miniscule gray separating line that's almost the same color as the task.
Andreas Otto
Especially in the Board View, the title of the task can hardly assert itself against the secondary information (and custom fields).

Add a true high contrast mode

I am visually impaired and your dark theme + high contrast mode combination is quite ineffective to me. It's fairly low contrast with very thin typefaces, unused screen space and confusing low contrast borders. Please, give us a real dark and high contrast mode, much like the one from Github.
