We're proposing the implementation of a "ClickUp Verified Consultant" seat type to address the needs of users who frequently collaborate with external consultants on Workspace setup and optimization. Currently, clients express concern over the necessity of purchasing full paid seats for these temporary but crucial collaborators.
To streamline this process and foster a stronger ecosystem of ClickUp expertise, we suggest the introduction of a ClickUp Consultants Program. This program would allow individuals who meet specific certification criteria and adhere to defined requirements to gain "Verified Consultant" status.
Key benefits of this program and the associated seat type would include:
  • Cost Efficiency for Clients: Consultants with this designation could be added to client Workspaces without incurring the cost of a full paid seat, directly addressing a current pain point.
  • Recognition of Expertise: The program would serve as an official acknowledgment of proficient ClickUp consultants, potentially driving more business towards certified professionals.
