As a new user, I am surprised this isn't a feature. It seems like a very easy and fairly basic feature that the majority of task managers and calendars have. Would be very helpful for our email content calendar to duplicate weekly and monthly emails.

PLEASE take action on this request! There should be an option that allows for the subtasks to inherit the same rules of the parent task. I have several recurring tasks that I perform that include recurring subtasks. To have to go in and update each subtask individually is crazy!

Why has this not been implemented yet? It would be a huge time saver.

I am trying to set up recurring tasks for 100s of out client. I have to go manually edit the recurring feature. I hope there is a way we can change the recurring feature for multiple tasks at once.

Adding my vote to the mix on this! I maintain our clients' recurring billing invoices through ClickUp, and currently have to change the next bill date in bulk for each monthly/quarterly/yearly invoice. It would be so much easier if these tasks could just recur on their own: that way I can also use the calendar to see future recurring instances and know which ones are coming up at a glance.

We definitely need this feature. It's a great functionality for migrating templates.
