Description:

Currently, Limited Members in ClickUp cannot create, trigger, or interact with SuperAgents. For Autopilot Agents, Limited Members can create them (if they have edit or full edit permissions), and all Autopilot Agents except Ambient Answers will respond to their chat messages and task comments. However, there are still restrictions compared to full Members.

Proposed Solution:

Grant Limited Members the ability to fully interact with SuperAgents, including creating, triggering, and managing them.

Ensure Limited Members have the same interaction capabilities with all types of Autopilot Agents as regular Members.

Provide workspace admins with controls to enable or restrict these capabilities as needed.

Main Argument:

Limited Members are a paid, seated license in ClickUp. They should have access to the same advanced AI features—including SuperAgents and full Autopilot Agent functionality—as regular Members. This would ensure that organizations receive full value for every paid seat and promote broader adoption of ClickUp’s AI-powered automation.
