Does anyone know how to set up a workload for team members? Example, how can I see what's already on someones plate day to day to know if I can assign them another task?
Workflow using custom fields
I really like to use the status fields in Click-up. I regularly have to create or update documents (project plans, resource plans etc...) which subsequently have to go through a review and an approval cycle. By updating the status of the document, from preparing, in review, in approval .. I can get an instant overview of the status of each document. However, I would also like to track the workflow. I use start date and due date (=date of approval) but also a custom date field called "Reviewed". Problem I face is that I cannot set an alert or view an overdue state on these custom fields. Is there a workaround or solution for this? Dimitri

An avatar that changes as the stages of a project change. Since you cant group spaces, it would be nice to see another type of visual to sort them.
Task Types ?
Gantt view can color tasks by type. But what are task types and how do I use them? It would be nice to set different task types (like milestone, deliverable, action, whatever etc.)
Have an "open workspace" button for each task or project that opens all windows/tabs that you had open when working on that task last (would automatically update when you are in the 'workspace mode') and closes your previous workspace if you had one open. Probably quite hard for you guys to do but you have done some amazing things with ClickUp so far I wouldn't be surprised if you can somehow make this work.
Any thoughts on ClickUp offering Implementation Specialists as a service, specifically with enterprise clients, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ClickUp? I'm on a team that has NO project or task management platform. I have been playing in ClickUp for a bit to set up a 'sandbox' environment to demo to my team, but I am really struggling to know what the best way to set it up (I keep alternating between multiple spaces for each team vs multiple projects vs one project with multiple lists). If I could sell the idea of ClickUp with the assistance of having some kind of project manager to guide the implementation by understanding our org and use cases and help build our environment, that would really go a long way. I know ClickUp is designed to be easy to use, and it is, but it's the setting up for best chance of success, while keeping up with all the latest and greatest updates, that I struggle with. Anyone else?
Subtasks inherit custom fields from Parent Task
Please make it the default option that subtasks inherit all of the custom fields of its parent task. We use custom fields for different type of aggregations but allow internal users to create subtasks for their own use without their explicit knowledge of attached the aggregating custom fields.
Desktop App and Chrome App SLOW
I just started using ClickUp, and I love it - except it can be so slow! I downloaded the desktop app thinking it would be faster, but it was actually slower. I waited for 15 - 30 seconds several times for something to load. About half the time, it just timed out and I had to start over. My internet was running fine - all other internet pages were loading quickly. I've switched back to Chrome from the desktop, but it's still slow. Please fix this. I'm a free user right now, but I would be willing to subscribe if this major issue was resolved. The whole point of ClickUp, I thought, was to help a person save time. Right now, it's slowing me down.
MS Teams Integration
At the moment the MS Teams connector does not appear to work. You can not save configuration...the dialogue box does not allow you to scroll down...i have tried both Online and Desktop versions of MS Teams, tried to add App as well as adding a Connector separately. Both methods do not work...is there a fix coming soon! Has anyone else have this problem
