I think that the idea of the Task Tray (or minimized tasks in Desktop version) is very good and I use it daily—it's a great way to focus my day on only a handful of tasks I list there at the start of my day. However, it's really unreliable. First, it does not sync well between platforms. I access ClickUp from either my desktop, my iPad or my Android Phone, and on each I see a different list of tasks. Some tasks I took out of the tray reappear in the tray after a day or two—sometimes even tasks that I checked as done. And on both the Android phone and the iPad, I have this weird "Default Task" reappearing in the tray and not letting me remove it from the there.
