New Send Email from ClickUp feature doesn't work with replies

I'm using a Gmail account for this.
Sending an email to an external user from a task works well.
But when that user replies to the email, it doesn't appear on the task and sometimes it appears after 30min or so ...
Can you please have a look a this? This feature is amazing but if it doesn't log the email replies in the task, it becomes almost useless.

The reply took nearly two hours to display whitin the task comments. Same setup via Gmail account (Gsuite)

Exactly the same for me. Using Gmail. Sending from a task and it arrives immediately to destination inbox. Replying to that never reaches task's email thread (at least not after an hour, before I gave up waiting)

Am pleased to say that the replies are coming in but when I want to respond I have to either remember the replier's email address or leave clickup to find it. Please could the system remember the address for a quick reply. Or is it a bug...or is it me being thick

@Nick Coward: I'm having this issue too - it has a box appear underneath the field as if it's trying to load the email I'm typing, but never does. Have to copy from outside ClickUp.

been testing the last couple of days ... it's completely random. Sometimes it takes 5min, sometimes 3h and sometimes we never get the reply at all.
CLEARLY, we cannot rely on this feature to build a help center, especially with external clients. When is ClickUp going to take these types of feature seriously?

We completely understand the concern around these long wait times, and it’s something we are taking very seriously.
To be transparent, we rely on a third-party tool to handle the backend of the Email Clickapp. When the feature was launched, it became immediately apparent that they were not ready to handle the scale of ClickUp users and hence you saw poor response times. We’re talking directly with our provider right now to sort out these issues and this is largely the reason we released Email as Beta.
We’ll keep everyone updated and we have lots of exciting plans for Email in the coming weeks and this year!

Same issue here. Works fine sending emails but the response is not being added in thread. Hope this gets fixed soon

Same. In my testings of the functionality today, the sender replying to the email appears in ClickUp, in my test, 2 hours later.
