When I display the "dropdown" custom field on the board view, I am allowed to edit it without opening the task. However, attempting to do so also reloads the page and opens the task detail view.

Steps to reproduce

1) Add a dropdown custom field & show it on board view

2) Attempt to edit it in board view by clicking on the dropdown

Expected

I see a list of choices and can select one

Actual

I see a list of choices flash, but then the page reloads and i land on the task detail view
