I check in with support chat about this every week, and they say "aware of it, working on it."
But posting here too to check in with others: is it just my team, or has the chat view completely disappeared for everyone else too?
I can get chat messages, via mobile. And I can see them in web app, via notifications view. But the chat view itself is just a blank screen!
I'm confused: how is it that a core component of a service can just disappear? And stay gone for nearly a month? Without anyone saying anything?
Is it being removed as a feature? How can it take more than an hour to roll back whatever new bug caused it to disappear?
We have been using ClickUp chat instead of Slack, so it is mission critical. Perplexed!
