I have a fairly elaborate set of automations built based on customer time in stage (custom field). When start date arrives, it sends a custom email based on escalation stage and project stage (both custom fields). It seems as though the first email being sent is sent around four or five times. Any subsequent emails (second customer on) are only sent once.
This only started happening about a week ago...
It is starting to annoy some of my customers.
