Outlook Access for Brain & Super Agents
building now
Jacques Sauve
Just adopted ClickUp for collaboration on projects with customers, but trying to use it as much as possible for other business task management as well. I love the concept of Super Agents, and created 2 to play around with it. I created one that send me a daily summary of things I need to get to, but...no integration with M365/Outlook. Only Google.
Really? Why?? I don't know about the US, but here in Canada over 80% of SMBs I deal with are in M365! Wouldn't that integration make A LOT of people happy?
Cheers!

Excited to report this is in progress and will be rolling out to all workspaces soon, introducing Outlook Calendar and Outlook Mail support for both Brain and Super Agents.

Our organization is as far as I know a 100% based Windows and M365 based shop. It's unfortunate that only the G-Suite has this toolset. Please consider expanding it to Microsoft Outlook as well.

Super Agents to Read Email
Erin Walker
Allow super agents to read only access to email, particularly Outlook. I'd love to take advantage of the email connection, but only two are allowed. Even if I can't send, I should be able to set the super agent to read my email.

What's ETA on this please?

Yes, the lack of support for M365 is frustrating. In Norway too, Microsoft has a big, big market share. Being able to use AI in ClickUp to view calendars, create events, teams meetings etc would be really useful.

Yes please this is urgently needed especially via MS365

I also agree that in order to properly handle my appointments with agents, I have to use Google, even with emails. I think security structures are good, only the Google security structures are causing more and more problems in the system.

I agree with everyone here.. We need to have integrations into O365. My super agent can only send out emails via google. not what we can do or want to do.

Yes myself and all of my clients use M365 with Outlook.
