My AI Prompt:
"Write an email to a client summarizing every task completed in the "[Client]" folder in the last 7 days, everything coming due this week that we plan to complete, and everything on [Client]'s To Do list that we need the client to complete this week."
We send this type of email to our clients every week. Currently the AI hallucinates with this prompt, but this would be amazing!

I really want an AI summarization in ClickUp that could help me transform my project lists into productized services. Often, the client projects I begin expand into larger ventures, ones I'd like to repackage and sell.
However, manually going through each item, whether completed or not, becomes tedious. I've created a GPT action to assist with this, but I'm looking for a more integrated solution to streamline the process.

Create meeting minutes of new tasks, changes or comments of a list in last hours. Typically our meetings are centered around a list with active tasks. Would be awesome to update the tasks and create minutes from them. And then new action items from that.
