I would like to be able to share a view, document, or list with an external partner for a limited time.

The problem with a public link is that once the partner has it, I must deactivate the public link for everyone (so for all my other external partners). Also, it takes me a note or a task to think about going to deactivate my link and there is a great risk of forgetting.
