When you invite a new user, you have to select either or and the default is . If you forget to change the default, you incur a new paid user cost, which is kind of annoying when you don't need that functionality. I get that the current approach suits ClickUp's business model, but it would be helpful if the default could start off as empty, thus forcing an explicit choice when you invite a new user.
