Bring back hourly time scale in gantt view

A recent update (9th May 2020) has removed the hourly time scale from the gantt view. Although, the update has definitely been an improvement, the loss of hourly view makes it impossible to use the gantt chart for managing your day schedule.

Yeah, I would like this back too. It's needed for daily scheduling (especially since we don't have an effect means of resource management yet).
