Allow view-level guest/limited member visibility restrictions (especially in list templates)

When using list templates to standardize workflows (e.g. customer deployment trackers), I need the ability to set individual views within a list as "restricted from guests/limited members" without making the entire list private or removing the view from the template.
Use case: We deploy list templates for customer-facing project trackers. Some views in that template are internal-only (e.g. team dashboards, internal status boards) while others are shared with guest users. Currently, there's no way to restrict a view's visibility by user role. The only options are "private" (visible to creator only) or "locked" (visible to all, just not editable).
Requested behavior:
A toggle on each view: "Visible to guests and limited members" (similar to the existing toggle on Custom Fields)
This setting should persist when the list is saved as a template, so new lists created from the template automatically enforce the restriction
Guests with list access would simply not see the restricted views in the Views Bar
This would eliminate the need to maintain separate lists or manually recreate internal views every time a template is applied.
