We just release our new Teams feature! This is just the beginning, we will be expanding what you can do with Teams in the coming weeks!

Ivan Villa: please add the ability to include guests on groups!!!

Ivan Villa: See my comment below from FEB. For most i believe this version doesn't yet bring lots of value, as there is no accountability. We would really appreciate a team that we could with one click set a task "fill out survey form" and each person in the team gets a task that needs to be closed, so there is accountability. I don't see the sense of assigning a task to a whole team, who will put it on done, when the whole team is done...?

Ivan Villa: Hi Ivan,
First of all, I love ClickUp and all its new functionalities.
We have been waiting for this functionality along with others with great expectation. However I think only 1 Team in the Unlimited plan is too restrictive. Hope this is reconsidered soon.

Andre Kiwitz: This is an interesting idea! I'm going to bring this up to the rest of the team 🙂

Davide Centomo: Ivan Villa yes, please! very glad to see this is released. great job to the team. I can't use it unfortunately until it includes guests. This would make it easier to mass add & remove guests to a large amount of folders folders as they join & leave the companies that we share our projects with.

Hoping this comes to be. Very annoying having come over from other PM tools. Thanks team!

Dave Leong: We are working on it now! Planning to have it out very soon 🙂

For me, I couldn't consider a project management tool that didn't include user groups. For the long term organization of workflow, user groups would be long-term whereas individual team members could come and go.
In addition to @Team it would be useful to assign based on a hierarchy, for example @Writers, @TechnicalWriters where @TechnicalWrters would be a subgroup of @Writers

Nice, there are so many people that think this is important. Good to know it's not only me. I also suggested this via email. When is this coming out? I noticed it has been a year.
